Religion

Let’s say religion saved me. It’s the fact of facing the evidence that what’s happening to me is spiritual
And by spiritual, I mean something bigger than me, which I’ve accepted I won’t be able to understand 100%
I think religions exist to talk about the people from the phenomenon who interact with us.
But the phenomenon doesn’t need religions to exist.
I think it was the last week of December, I finally got myself motivated to try and meet someone at a church near me to try and talk about it
But actually, when I went into the church the first time, I just sat down in a mass, but I only stayed 10 minutes and then we left.
I went back there afterward, in early 2026, and then I finally psyched myself up to go into the back rooms and ask to talk about it with the priest.
We talked a bit about what was happening to me, he was really nice to me. But he asked me very quickly if I was taking antipsychotics and whether the dose was high enough. I told him I wasn't taking any because I was convinced what was happening to me wasn't just internal but mainly external
But after that it didn't go any further, he didn't tell me it was normal, that it happens and he didn't tell me what to do to make it better.
And to me that means we can do better.
I'm sure that if I'd talked about it with certain religious people, I would've been brought to meet exorcists, etc
But I think the best solution is to accept that they keep an eye on me deep down inside me and become straighter naturally, without it looking forced. It got a lot better when I paid attention to my flow of thought and to my behavior that comes out of it I guess?
And that pushes me to think that, in 2026, I'm convinced we can do a lot better when it comes to the phenomenon we call gangstalking, which potentially is also called schizophrenia
I get the impression that the best solution for people who live it badly is to recognize the existence of the people from the phenomenon talked about in religions, do some personal work on the way you think by becoming a metacognition artisan 🤣 for example and adopt a way of being more straight, I guess
I get the impression that one of the problems with religions in 2026 is that actually it makes it sound like the existence of the phenomenon is a personal opinion.
I don't exactly want to become some annoying guy who's constantly winding people up every day by talking about nothing but this to force it
I get the impression that gangstalking/schizophrenia is the place where science is forced to acknowledge the existence of the phenomenon to really move forward.
And it's not just science that should acknowledge the existence of the phenomenon, it's the government, public opinion, etc
I think that from the moment someone shows that they're living through inexplicable stuff, by hearing people talk without knowing where it's coming from or who it is, etc. Well naturally, by talking with people close to them, they should very quickly come to the conclusion that it's linked to the phenomenon talked about in religions
I think the best solution, which was given to me by people from the phenomenon, is this one:
Do nothing and stay straight.
No need to completely change personality overnight but accept that the people from the phenomenon interact with your mind, know everything you think, everything you do.
Accept that the people from the phenomenon know very well how humans work in general and will potentially put you through a spiritual roller coaster : throw your taboos right in your face, lead you around while making you understand that they already know what you're thinking before you can even put words on your thoughts.
And we kind of come back around to the message of pretty much all religions : absolute truth, omniscience, omnipresence, benevolence, etc
And me I think that as of today a lot of people (it was me too not that long ago) experience it badly when the people from the phenomenon interact with them because WE wanted it. Public opinion decided to associate it with madness, they tell you it's not possible, without knowing what's possible and what's not. As if we already had absolute knowledge and a understanding of EVERYTHING.
And I think the solution is to officially acknowledge the existence of things we don't understand and that are beyond us.
I think that would be WAY healthier than laïcité, officially accepting the existence without forcing religion, or even doing what I'm doing right now I think, without choosing a religion.
Sometimes I was just saying with them as a joke: "I eat at every brasserie", then I realized the real expression is "I eat at every trough". Or else "How do you choose a trough?"
That way we'll stigmatize less the people who are in contact with the people from the phenomenon, and we'll be able to talk about it more openly, etc
And everything will get better, I think, and on top of that, without medication
Sometimes I also wonder what's the life cycle of beliefs ? Maybe sometimes beliefs grow and it forms a religion ? In doubt, Ouroboros.
