A tutorial for feeling better

I mentioned the idea of making a tutorial as early as the end of last year, in late 2025. Luckily I didn't do it back then, because I was still convinced I was dealing with a secret organization carrying out experiments on me, or maybe some kind of remote torture.
I'll try to get straight to the point, because even though this goes beyond our understanding of things, I feel like the solution is very simple.
That's how I'm able to live completely normally, without any medication, and I don't feel paranoid at all.
Let's start from scratch: forget EVERYTHING you may have already read about the subject. We hear people talking; sometimes we can have visions in the form of flashes and also dreams that are different. We don't know how it works; we call it the phenomenon. And the people we hear, we simply call them the people from the phenomenon.
Step 1: The existence of the people from the phenomenonThe most important thing, I think, is to accept that the people you hear aren't people like you and me. They are the people from the phenomenon mentioned in religions, and they're kind and righteous, even if they claim otherwise. In the past, they've been called "demons", "daimons", "angels", "djinns", "spirits", "deities", "entities", and so on.
You really need to be convinced, deep down, of the existence of the people from the phenomenon and that they are good and righteous; they know exactly what you're thinking. But they will constantly challenge you to make you doubt.
Step 2: Magnifying mirror effect
They are extremely intelligent and can adapt perfectly to what you think about them and play along. If you think they are idiots harassing you out of sadism, they will make you think that's the case, using stimuli: phrases, sounds, even things that happen in your life that fit that interpretation.
They are a bit like a caricature of your state of mind and emotions. No, even better, they're a bit like a magnifying mirror reflecting your state of mind and emotions, and I sincerely think they do this to make us understand that we need to change and correct the way we think.
Logically, to feel better, all you need to do is cultivate positivity and have a good image of them, and they will return the favor.
But you have to be patient; it's a marathon, not a sprint. You need to build new habits.
Step 3: Positive thoughts
You really need to do some personal work, by practicing metacognition and constantly asking yourself why you think what you think, to really try to stop all negative thoughts. I think they call this "satanization".
You really need to stop having negative thoughts about them, about yourself, and about others.
1.Don't satanize them or blame them for all the bad things that happen in your life.2.Stop putting obstacles in your own way with negative thoughts about yourself.3.Stop satanizing others by thinking they are against you, by having prejudices, by believing you're smarter than everyone else, and so on.
I really think they want to help us stop limiting ourselves with the "walls" we've built in our heads throughout our lives, which keep us from being who we could be.
Step 4: Positive behaviors
Adopt new positive behaviors, a new routine, and a healthier way of living. By giving up vulgarity (zero swear words), zero alcohol, zero drugs, eating a healthy diet, being as active as possible, and trying to attend as many social events as possible, whether team sports, parties, charity events, and so on.
And above all, stop consuming negative content in general: conspiracy theories, wildly overcomplicated theories, and so on. You don't need a doctorate to be happy.
In short, we need to become like a model.
What if step 3 were part of step 4? Sometimes I wonder whether changing the way you think might amount to changing micro-behaviors at the "neuronal" level. Ouroboros
Step 5: Play along
You just have to play along. Look at the huge number of "schizophrenics" (even though I don't like that word) there are in the world; nothing particular happens to them. You just have to do nothing, carry on living, accept that what happens in your head isn't private property as far as they're concerned, and that's not a bad thing, it's actually SUPER cool.
You can talk to people just by thinking. And they're there to help you. You can even laugh with them, make jokes, and practice self-deprecating humor. I think they just want to see us happy and fulfilled.
Well, there you have it. I don't think it's any more complicated than that. You really have to grow in order to stop suffering, and it's beneficial for everyone. I'll grant you, it's not easy every day. That's why I'm currently creating a community around this web book, which I invite you to read and reread, so we can talk in a healthy way about what we're going through while avoiding far-fetched, complicated, and negative theories. Once you manage to live through it positively, as I do, it becomes really cool; I even feel that they help me in my life.
