A page dedicated to metacognitive tools
feature
New page “Metacognitive Tools”
The sections related to metacognition are leaving the home page, which had become very long, for a dedicated page with its own localized URL. The home page now ends with the quote about metacognition and points to this new page.

New section on the artisan of metacognition
Added a section that tells where the whole approach comes from: asking almost nonstop why I think what I think, spotting patterns, and becoming an “artisan of metacognition” with my tools.

text
New metacognitive tool: Starfoullah
First tool in the collection: replace the not-so-great thoughts (swear words, lies, too provocative ideas) with an expression I heard one day, just to play along and actively correct my thoughts.
When I started actively correcting my thoughts, I had started to get into the habit of telling myself “bad mindset,” and one day one of them said “Starfoullah,” so I figured I’d replace it with that expression.
text
New metacognitive tool: Ouroboros
A tool to stop going in circles: when overthinking starts spiraling into theories that go nowhere, tell yourself “Ouroboros” and move on. With an i18n interpolation note on the term’s deliberately personal definition.
So now, as soon as I start overthinking, I tell myself “Ouroboros” and I move on.

New metacognitive tool: I like it
Accept the experience instead of fighting it, and find it “really Epic.”
Since I understood that I’m in contact with the people from the phenomenon mentioned in religions, and I’m no longer trying to fight it, I find it really Epic!
text
New tools in the works
Four more tools join the collection with their illustrations, while waiting for their texts: Ça se passe bien, Bisounours mode, Le boviniste and Justin Mecque.
feature
“Metacognition” progress rail
A fixed vertical bar appears on the right while you go through the tools: animated fill from the red toolbox, vertical text that stays readable, notches by section with quick click access and hover tooltip.
design
Tool titles with a marker-highlight look
Each tool now has a title highlighted with a slightly crooked marker stroke, with a little red “metacognitive tool” subtitle underneath.
feature
Quick access to the tools from the home page
The red toolbox under the banner (with its “Quick access” tag) and its twin at the bottom of the page take you straight to the metacognitive tools page.

feature
Header with logo on the tools page
A fixed header with the site logo lets you go back home. It hides as you scroll down and reappears as soon as you scroll back up, with a blurred translucent background.
feature
Shared footer across the whole site
New footer on every page: logo, site description, navigation columns, resources and legal, social links, and a clickable version number leading to the changelog.
feature
Copy a section link from its image
When you hover over a section image, a little badge with a link icon appears: clicking it copies the direct URL to that section, with a confirmation tooltip.

New illustration for the religions section
The section about the phenomenon mentioned in religions now has its illustration.

change
The site is now called GANGSTALKING - For real
The tab title now uses the name shown on the home banner.
